- Browsers supported: Chrome, Microsoft Edge (same extension, Chromium-based)
- AI provider: Anthropic Claude API. Emails are not used to train models. See /subprocessors for the full list.
- Hosted on EU-based infrastructure. Full subprocessor list at https://www.smartemails.ai/subprocessors.
- Data handling: only metadata, the 400-character preview ("snippet") provided by Gmail/Outlook, and AI-derived classifications are persisted. Full email body is sent to the AI provider at classification time then discarded; recipients (To/Cc/Bcc) and attachments are never accessed or stored.
