SmartEmails engages the third parties below to operate the service. Each is bound by a Data Processing Agreement aligned with our GDPR obligations. We notify customers at least 30 days before adding or replacing a subprocessor.
Where a subprocessor processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Commission Implementing Decision 2021/914).
